We will be implementing SaaS (Software as a service) eProcurement functionality within client.Contract adherence and their use in the PO process is difficult to monitor, and contracts are maintained in multiple locations outside of SAP. Use of P-Card spend is difficult to monitor and analyze. Spend analysis of services is extremely difficult. Visibility to Vendor responses is limited to data manually updated within the PO. The business processes also contain a high degree of manual intervention after the creation of the PO. Current procurement mix is approximately 40% materials and 60% services.
